LPA, ‘Habagat’ to bring rains in Phl

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday said that a low pressure area (LPA) and the southwest monsoon or “Habagat” will continue to bring rains in the country.,According to PAGASA, the LPA was estimated at 635 kilometers (km) east of Infanta, Quezon.,The weather bureau said the southwest monsoon will affect western section of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.,Western and Central Visayas, MIMAROPA, Northern Mindanao, and Zamboanga Peninsula, Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, Surigao Provinces, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.,Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.,Temperature will range from 26.5 degrees Celsius to 32.4 degrees Celsius.
